Dortus for Confluence
Confluence should already hold the answer.
Instead the answer sits in a chat thread and the flowchart is a PNG nobody can edit. Two Forge apps fix exactly that, one space at a time.
Runs on Atlassian, no Dortus server
Two apps, two jobs
Both are Forge apps. Both keep their data inside your Atlassian cloud site. Neither one asks you to move your documentation anywhere else.
AskSpace
A question and answer board per Confluence space. Ask, answer, vote, and mark one best answer that the asker cannot award to itself. Who may ask and who may answer are two separate settings.

Mermaid Live Preview
A macro for flowcharts, sequence diagrams and timelines. You type Mermaid syntax, the diagram draws itself next to the text, and the source stays in the page so the next person can edit it.
Running in Confluence, listing in prep
Your content never leaves your site
Both apps run on Atlassian Forge. Questions, answers, votes, settings and diagram source live in Forge app storage inside your own cloud site. Dortus operates no server for them and receives no app content.
